Every woman attending the Friday Night Huddle will receive a crown as we begin the weekend remembering who we are, Whose we are, and that we have been called for His purpose.

Addressing the wounds, patterns, and unresolved places that can keep us from moving forward into what God has for us.

Developing the spiritual and emotional maturity necessary to carry what we've been praying for.

Navigating friendships, relationships, boundaries, and seasons when growth changes who can go with you.

Recognizing that where God is taking you may require a different level of prayer, consecration, discipline, obedience, and consistency.

This weekend will include powerful teaching, breakout workshops, candid conversations, testimony, prayer, prophetic ministry, and opportunities for women to examine what God is requiring of us in this next season.

Friday night begins with the Huddle, followed by a powerful Prophetic Service.

Saturday morning, we receive our Marching Orders and then move into breakout sessions designed to challenge us spiritually, emotionally, and practically.

And this year, we're moving beyond the traditional panel discussion.

Instead, we'll sit down for three powerful, intimate interviews with women who have gone through the fire and are now walking in the calling and purpose of God.

No sad stories.

We're talking VICTORY.

OVERCOMING.

TRANSFORMATION.

Women who can tell us what they went through, what God did in them through it, and who they became on the other side.

Because GOING HIGHER is more than a conference theme.

It's a call to preparation.

A call to maturity.

A call to obedience.

We are opening All Shades of Beautiful 2027 with a powerful prophetic service with Bishop-Designate Bessie Scoggins, and I believe God has something to say to His daughters.

We are not coming together just to have good church.

We are coming to hear from GOD.

Some of us have been praying, fasting, waiting, wrestling, obeying, letting go, starting over, and trying to understand what God is doing in this season of our lives.

And if He is calling us HIGHER, we need to hear His voice clearly.

So Friday night, we're making room.

Room for the Holy Ghost.

Room for the prophetic.

Room for the altar.

Room for God to interrupt our plans and say what HE wants to say.

I don't know what God is going to do in that room—and I'm not going to try to manufacture it.

But I do know this:

I want to be there when He does it.

Come expecting.

Come hungry.

Come open.

We'll talk about pride, insecurity, performance, people-pleasing, criticism, public scrutiny, accountability, and learning when to speak—and when NOT to clap back.

Because getting to the next level is one thing.

Having the maturity to carry the weight of it is another.

WHEN GOD CHANGES YOUR CIRCLE

Description: Growth changes relationships.

Sometimes God removes people. Sometimes He adds people. Sometimes He changes the assignment of a relationship. And sometimes the biggest change God makes in your circle is YOU.

This workshop will explore friendship, loyalty, covering, accountability, forgiveness, repentance, boundaries, and the maturity required to navigate relationships as God takes you higher.

Because everybody doesn't necessarily need to be cut off.

Sometimes God is calling us to have the conversation, repair what can be repaired, love differently, and become the kind of sister and friend that the next level requires.

HIGHER REQUIRES HEALING

Arlene Fields—Stovall

Description: You can be gifted, anointed, called—and still have places that need to heal.

Unresolved wounds don't automatically disappear because God is taking us higher. Rejection, grief, trauma, triggers, unhealthy coping patterns, and unhealed pain can quietly follow us into our relationships, leadership, families, and calling.

Arlene Fields Stovall, Mental Health Professional, will help us examine the places within us that may still need attention and what it looks like to take responsibility for our emotional health.

Going higher doesn't mean pretending it didn't hurt.

Sometimes GOING HIGHER means finally allowing yourself to heal.

NEW ALTITUDE, NEW DISCIPLINE

Min. Avena White

Description: You cannot ask God for a new altitude while insisting on maintaining old habits.

Where God is taking you may require a different level of prayer, discipline, consistency, preparation, stewardship, self-control—and sometimes a stronger NO.

Min. Avena White will challenge us to examine whether the way we're living right now can actually sustain where we've been asking God to take us.

Because prayer doesn't replace preparation, and desire doesn't replace discipline.

If you want something different at the next level, you may have to DO something different at this one.
