Childcare is available for $10 per child (non-refundable).

2. What ages do you accept?

We provide care for children aged 2–10 years.

3. What will my child be doing?

Children will enjoy age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and a safe, engaging environment while you attend the conference.

4. Are snacks or meals provided?

Yes, we will provide a light lunch and snacks. If your child has specific dietary needs or allergies, please let us know during registration and feel free to pack a labeled meal or snack for them.

5. Who will be watching the children?

Our childcare team consists of trained and experienced caregivers who have undergone background checks. Your child’s safety and well-being are our top priorities.

6. Are there any restrictions?

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children, we are unable to accommodate:

•Children with behavioral challenges that may require one-on-one supervision.

•Children who are medically fragile or require specialized medical care.

We deeply appreciate your understanding as we strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

7. When can I drop off and pick up my child?

Childcare will open 30 minutes before the event starts and close immediately after the event concludes. Children must be picked up promptly at the end of the event.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate onsite registrations for childcare. All children must be pre-registered.

11. What happens if my child becomes ill during the event?

If your child shows signs of illness during the event, we will contact you immediately. Please ensure your phone number is correct and accessible during the conference.
